If you want to import a an autocad file and want to be able to edit it in nvert it to an IFC file first, then import it into Revit.we are finding that works fine. (I use the quotations because time wise, it is usually a wash if you're going to be using both programs throughout the project.) We've been learning, sometimes the hard way, when it is more prudent to let someone who is "faster" in formZ just build the pretty model for the clients, and when we need to "take the time" to build it in Revit first.
